Shipping policy

All LeMerch Design pieces are handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia, and ship from there to customers worldwide.

Shipping Rates and Timeframes

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination: USD $15 to Asia Pacific, USD $37 to the United States and Canada, approximately USD $20 to Europe and the Middle East, and USD $30 to the rest of the world. Orders over USD $250 ship free.
• Most international orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing.
• A tracking number is provided once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
• All shipping times and rates depend on third party postal and courier services and may vary.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays, are processed the following business day and shipped within three business days, pending payment verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day and shipped within three business days from the date of processing.

Importation Costs

All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. As our pieces ship from Indonesia, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival in your country, including for UK and EU customers. Each country has different laws regarding the importation of goods, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges and value thresholds on goods arriving from Indonesia.
