Our Return & Exchange Policy

At LeMerch Design, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every handmade piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange for a different size or colour.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and must be pre-authorised by email before sending any merchandise back. No exceptions.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• A tracking number for returned goods must be provided.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund, though they may be returned for store credit or exchange.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Store credits and exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
